BBQ Bird Seasoning

If you're using brined chicken this is a good no salt seasoning.
Course: Sauces, Rubs & Brines

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 8 Tbsp Paprika
  • 6 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Chipotle Powder

Method
 

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Remove the birds (or chicken) from the brine and place them in a pan lined with paper towels.
  3. Coat with half the seasoning and let rest 30 minutes.
  4. Add to the grill and apply the remaining seasoning.
  5. When it's almost done, apply BBQ sauce and turn twice.
