BBQ Bird Seasoning

If you're using brined chicken this is a good no salt seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 8 Tbsp Paprika
  • 6 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Chipotle Powder

Method
 

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Store airtight; use as a no-salt seasoning on brined chicken or game birds.
