Method
Marinate
- Breakdown the pork by cross cutting the grain in to two inch thick slabs. Mix the Orange Juice, Achiote, Lime Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt and Chopped Garlic until there are no clumps and marinate over night.
Slow Cooker
- Add Marinated Pork, Chiles, Onion, Garlic and Marinate Liquid to crock pot for 6 hours.
