Pulled Pork Finishing Sauce

Here's a sauce that has saved a pork but before. I prefer a more natural style pulled pork but sometimes things don't turn out. This sauce can save you from a rushed, over cooked and basically dry pulled pork.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce A corn syrup type BBQ sauce (The cheap stuff!)
  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Course
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Double for spicy

Method
 

  1. Add the ingredients to a stove top pan and bring nearly to boil. Toss with the pulled pork until you reach a desired amount of moisture.
