In Large bowl add 1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix dry ingredients with fork until incorporated.
Add hot water and oil, blend on low until well mixed. The dough should be a wet consistency.
Turn blender to medium and add 1/2 cup of flour and mix for 2 minutes or until it pulls from the bowl making a ball.
Add the last 1/2 cup of flour and knead for 3-5 minutes.
Place in a bowl, cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down dough and divide in 1/2. Roll out pizza dough and assemble pizza as desired.
Cook at 425 til bottom browns
