BBQ Game Birds.

This recipe is for small game birds and other white meat fowl. Start with a basic poultry brine and halving or spatchcock several birds.
Servings: 2 2 large birds

Rub
  • 16 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 16 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 8 tbsp Paprika
  • 16 tsp Chili Powder
  • 8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
Barbecue Glaze
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic minced or pressed
