This recipe works best with flanken beef ribs. Flanken means the ribs are sliced thing across the bone, preferably a quarter inch, this is generally a tough cut of meat that doesn't lend it's self to quick grilling.

Method
Layout the flanken on prep surface and pack with brown sugar until coated on both sides. Mix remaining Ingredients and add to gallon ziplock along with the beef flanken and refrigerate for 24 to 48hrs.
