Ingredients
  

  • 16 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 16 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 8 tbsp Paprika
  • 16 tsp Chili Powder
  • 8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic minced or pressed

Method
 

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container and use as a no-salt rub on brined game birds or chicken.
