600 g | Flour |
400 g | Sugar |
2 tsp | Salt |
300 ml | Dry Yeast |
500 ml | Water (135 Degrees) |
500 ml | Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil |

Step | Description |

1 | In Large bowl add 1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix dry ingredients with fork until incorporated. |
2 | Add hot water and oil, blend on low until well mixed. The dough should be a wet consistency. |
3 | Turn blender to medium and add 1/2 cup of flour and mix for 2 minutes or until it pulls from the bowl making a ball. |
4 | Add the last 1/2 cup of flour and knead for 3-5 minutes. |
5 | Place in a bowl, cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes. |
6 | Punch down dough and divide in 1/2. Roll out pizza dough and assemble pizza as desired. |
7 | Cook at 425 til bottom browns |
