Recipe Description: Here's a good pizza dough recipe. This recipe calls for 2 1/4 cups of flour a cup of hot water and a package of yeast. Adding the flour in stages helps build different protein structures in the dough making a better texture.

500 ml Water (135 Degrees)
500 ml Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil

1 In Large bowl add 1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix dry ingredients with fork until incorporated.
2 Add hot water and oil, blend on low until well mixed. The dough should be a wet consistency.
3 Turn blender to medium and add 1/2 cup of flour and mix for 2 minutes or until it pulls from the bowl making a ball.
4 Add the last 1/2 cup of flour and knead for 3-5 minutes.
5 Place in a bowl, cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes.
6 Punch down dough and divide in 1/2. Roll out pizza dough and assemble pizza as desired.
7 Cook at 425 til bottom browns
