BBQ Chicken Rub - No Salt

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 8 tsp Paprika
  • 5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Substitute Chipolte

Method
 

  1. Remove the chicken from the brine and place in a 13x9 pan lined with paper towels.
  2. Coat the chicken with half the seasoning and let rest 30 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken to the grill and apply the remaining seasoning.
  4. When the chicken is almost done, apply BBQ sauce and turn twice.

Notes

Remove the chicken from the brine and place it in a 13 x 9 pan with paper towel lining the bottom. Coat the chicken parts with half the seasoning and let rest for 30 minutes. Add the chicken to the grill and apply the remaining seasoning. When chicken is almost finished apply BBQ Sauce and turn twice.
