Asian Barbequed Beef Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef flanken
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine White Wine will work in a pinch
  • 1 small White Onion grated
  • 1 Pear grated - Use an apple if a pear cannot be found
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Garlic pressed
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil Toasted

Method
 

  1. Layout the flanken on prep surface and pack with brown sugar until coated on both sides. Mix remaining Ingredients and add to gallon ziplock along with the beef flanken and refrigerate for 24 to 48hrs.
